What would you like to learn about at Library Camp? Add your ideas, questions, comments or silly anecdotes below! This will be our starting point from which we will create the schedule of afternoon events!
I'm interested to hear if any libraries are doing lock-ins for programs of any type. Youth, adults, any age group really. We've bounced the idea about, but is anyone actually doing it?
Oh, I'd also like to know if anyone uses volunteers for tech stuff, and if they do, what tech stuff (cleaning PCs? working on the network?) and how do you handle security with them? NDAs?
I'm curious about several other items, so I'll just lump them together. IDK if they're worthy of much attention individually:
-The State said people can bring their firearms into the library now. Does anyone have a good related story to share? That I've heard its been a non-event/issue despite all the predicted mayhem at the time.
-Anyone getting rid of (or shrinking) any of their printed collections as a direct result of ebooks? How big an impact has ebooks had on acquisitions?
-I'd also like info on designing/modifying a library website for smartphone use. Has anyone done that? How and with what?

Excellent, BLB. I'd like more on Drupal, as well!

QR codes...the basics and beyond. Scavenger hunts, links to websites and other brilliant ideas, if you have them.

Another CMS to consider, MODx (we use it). Its pretty easy compared to Drupal, or so I've been told.
